1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Warsha Academy website or app, or creating a family account, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with them and with Privacy policy. If you open an account for a child, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian or have legal authority to supervise their use.
2. Family account and login details
- The information provided must be accurate and up to date, especially the phone number and school grade.
- The OTP code and parent area PIN are confidential and must not be shared with anyone untrusted.
- The family is responsible for the devices used and for selecting the correct child profile before starting a lesson.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us as soon as possible.
3. Nature of the educational service
Warsha offers interactive lessons, activities, reviews and progress reports. It supports, reinforces and develops skills, and does not replace school or specialist medical, psychological or educational assessment.
We identify the program, level and starting point using family information and the child’s performance. Results depend on consistency, starting level, practice time and family support; we therefore do not guarantee a uniform school grade or an immediate result for every child.
4. Subscription, access period and payment
- The free lesson lets families try the teaching approach before subscribing.
- The offer clearly shows the price, number of lessons, level and access period before order confirmation.
- The current full-program offer is a single payment with eight months of access, depending on the chosen program and level.
- Access is linked to the account and the child or children covered by the order. It cannot be resold or transferred without Warsha’s approval.
The cancellation or refund terms shown at purchase, together with rights guaranteed by applicable law, govern the order. If an activation or payment error occurs, contact us so we can review it.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
Warsha may be used within the family for personal learning. The following are prohibited:
- Sharing the account commercially or with families not covered by the subscription.
- Copying and republishing or selling lessons, recordings or images.
- Attempting to hack the platform, bypass protection or disrupt the service.
- Sending abusive or illegal content through support channels.
- Using another person’s identity or a child’s data without authority.
6. Intellectual property
The platform design, lessons, text, audio recordings, images, characters, games, brand and software belong to Warsha or are used under license. A subscription grants limited, personal, non-transferable usage rights and does not transfer ownership of the content to the family.
Family feedback and suggestions help us improve the service while respecting privacy and not publishing a child’s name or image without appropriate consent.
7. Service availability and changes
We strive to keep the service available and secure, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, content updates, internet issues or causes beyond our control. We may improve lesson order, design or activities without reducing the substance of the purchased program.
The family is responsible for having a compatible device, adequate internet connection and audible sound. Some features may vary by device or operating system.
8. Limits of responsibility and the family’s role
The parent or guardian supervises the child’s use, chooses suitable timing and level, and seeks human assistance when additional guidance is needed. Warsha is responsible for providing the agreed service with reasonable care, within the limits set by law.
9. Account suspension or deletion
We may temporarily or permanently suspend an account involving fraud, abuse, commercial sharing or attempts to harm the platform, taking legal obligations and the circumstances into account.
The family can request account and data deletion through the following link. After identity verification, we will process the request under the privacy policy.
10. Contact and applicable law
We prefer to resolve questions or disputes first through direct, good-faith communication. These terms are governed by Moroccan law, with mandatory consumer and data-protection rights preserved.
